Caroline Lauzon was our realtor and she was amazingly dependable throughout the process of us purchasing our new home. She encouraged us when we needed it and cautioned us when we were a little to “enthusiastic.” She was whatever we needed her to be when we needed her to be it. At the end of the process she was still there for us. We are thankful that we had her as our realtor. Caroline is the ultimate professional who we would recommend to anyone who is looking for a home.

Brendan was a great agent to work with and I highly recommend his services. We were selling in Summerlin South and he's extremely knowledgeable about the area. He knows the key selling points of the neighborhood and made sure that he was at all showings to share them with prospective buyers. In addition, he made sure that our house was beautifully represented in all marketing assets (day and dusk photos, drone video, 3D walk-through). Finally, he brought us a full-asking-price buyer from his clients, so we got a great price for our home as the most expensive (non-premium lot) listings in the community. We couldn't have been happier with our results.

This was the second time I’ve worked with Brendan and just like the first time, my expectations were exceeded! He kept me informed and helped me every step of the way. He even went out of his way to help me if we were in a bind (I travel for work so I couldn’t be in Vegas all the time). I am so grateful. Brendan is committed to his work and clients. I’ll be working with them a third time for sure!

Brendan was a true professional throughout our search , negotiations, closing & signing. He was very responsive to our questions and needs. He exhibited great knowledge of the area helping us as we were out-of-towners looking for a second home. He hooked us up with a responsive lender and a contractor who is currently renovating our home. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home in the Las Vegas area.

We worked with Caroline on purchasing our new home in Las Vegas after meeting her at an open house. We are so glad we did! She was fantastic to work with - especially her excellent communication. She was incredibly responsive to our requests to see homes and was always happy to accommodate our schedules. Both her and Brendan's knowledge about the areas we were looking in was very helpful. Jack was sensational. No hard sell, earnest, honest and dedicated. With a brief description of the home I was looking for he found it in 30 days. He guided me on what to offer and about 30 days later I had a home! He replied with in minutes (sometimes seconds) to all of my questions and requests. Stellar.
